Terms and Conditions

Orders

All orders must be placed via our web site and payment made at time of ordering, we will not accept emails to order items.
When you place your order for an item from this site, you are accepting and agreeing to our terms, conditions and return policy.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email, this is an automated email and does not guarantee we will be able to fulfil your order. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order your order, we will inform you by email, and in the event in the product being unavailable, we will refund your money back to you in full.
We reserve the right to discontinue any lines on our site, and will email to all customers advising of this, we cannot be held responsible for non receipt of this email.
We treat all orders on an order to order basis.
All orders on our site are in UK pounds.
Whilst every effort is made to keep our prices accurate, we reserve the right to change our prices should errors be found or changes in our manufacturers prices made.

Delivery

Most of our items are sent requiring a receipt upon delivery. Should a package be sent and either refused or not signed for, and returned, the item will only be resent upon receipt of the postal cost again. Should you not require the item to be resent, we will deduct our post and packaging from the refund.

Refunds

All refunds can only be returned to the original  paypal account, and to the card used to make the payment, we reserve the right to allow up to 28 days to complete a refund. All orders once placed cannot be cancelled; refunds will only be issued should our despatch of your item take more than 28 days of the item prove to be faulty. We do not refund for fitting or dislike. We do not refund for non receipt of an item.
